“ROUTES INTO SILENCE – spatial instructions to contaminate the walking body” is part of David Bergé’s current research and process of further materializing his walk practice. Conceived as a score, as a set of instructions for the guide to pay attention to, this handwritten text piece describes the environment through which his walk piece for Thessaloniki passed in 2018. The density of the writing refers to the difficulty of walking in urban space.
